Hybrid Structures

Hybrid Structures specialise in the design, manufacture and construction of structures using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), Glulam beams, timber cassettes and structural steelwork.

A hybrid structure is a method of design, using a combination of different materials to create unique buildings and spaces. This concept provides multiple design options, as it allows the designer to use various materials; giving them the freedom to explore different materials that will best meet the projects design intent.

In addition, hybrid structures are also much more sustainable, give a different aesthetic to traditional steel structures, and have a much lower impact on the local environment.
